The people are great, the product is really good, and the engineering team works hard to continuously improve it. Great work/life balance!

Company is small so there is no real career path, they’ve lost a lot of great people because it’s nearly impossible to move internally. They pay below average in the Boston area. Management is stubborn and doesn’t want to admit when they make mistakes (ex pricing/packaging mistakes, not adding basic ATS features to the product).

A blanket approach doesn’t work for a global company. You need different leadership strategies/styles, pricing, and discounting rules based on the country. What works in Greece or the UK - may not work in the US.
You need to prioritize creating real career paths so you can hold on to talent.
