- Learned many lessons on what not to do

The CEO is a bully. This is the root cause of many issues in the company
- The entire leadership team is scared of the CEO, worried about covering their behinds, and it trickles down to their respective orgs.
- Culture is toxic. The CEO-installed culture committee is a big joke and does not help
- There can be no innovation in a workplace with such crappy culture
- The morale is low, most good people are quitting or looking to quit.
- The list goes on
