Decent PTO, and healthcare is great if you’re single.
|
If you like being told that your harassment claim is not valid and that you will ruin the “culture” of the company and the life of the person that is harassing you, then this is the place for you. You were expected to put in more than eight hours a day and not to be paid overtime as OT is a strict no no. You are given over 100% of capacity and no way to feasibly manage it. The system they use is outdated and clunky. The CEO does not allow management staff to manage their teams, so anything and everything takes months if not years to get approved, or is straight up denied because she doesn’t see the benefit in it, when really all she’s doing is driving her company into the ground. Pay is well below national average, even for experienced professionals coming in with management backgrounds and being asked to accept entry-level positions in customer service.

Pay your staff appropriately and stop piling more onto them, without giving them away to adequately handle it. Listen to your team members that deal with your customers every day, because they have great ideas and have offered so many solutions. Honestly the CEO needs to retire and someone competent should be brought in.

The PTO is generous, but you can feel uncomfortable taking it when needed because you fell like you cant take time off. I think the CFO shares too much information and always says things are great when they may not be great.

Flexible schedule and great PTO, good benefits and fun social events. Teams try to be good at communicating with each other, new management in place within the last few months has helped that process.

The company was not run well (CEO) and was on its way out. The market is saturated and there are not many more sales opportunities unless they diversify. The turn over is extremely high and that is probably due to the management. I would not recommend working here.

Micromanagement by CEO. If you are a professional stay away, “ALL” decisions are made very slow by the CEO, your expertise is not needed. People considered to be performers, voiceless machines to execute tasks particularly given by the CEO. Very shady culture. I would not recommend working there. Simply put; working for this company is an emotional rollercoaster that will make you nauseous long-term. As other reviewers have pointed out, upper management's pretentious ability to get something off the ground is mostly hampered by their inability or inexperience to foster trust and manage projects, people and processes effectively and their lack of automotive industry is another big negative.
