The company has a new office near Atlanta and some employees work fully remote which makes it more difficult to get to know new hires. The flexibility to work remote is well worth it.

Great people, great mission
|
|
A lot of really great people work here. The mission to do good for the planet allows you to sleep at night. Not just lining the pocket of a CEO, or corporation, but giving money away to those who need it. Opportunity to learn and grow, professionally, if you want to. Also opportunities for self growth. Fully remote. Diverse team, great benefits.

Some micromanagement from C, and V level people. Some Processes are implemented without feedback from all departments. Often have to remind upper management of decisions that they made and the affects. But honestly, I highly doubt it’s any different than most major corps, or tech companies. At least at WC it’s not “just another desk job” to push a capitalistic agenda
