My immediate supervisor was a decent man (but had restrictions due to upper management). | Pay is low. Frequent raise freezes. Raises (when you get them) are low. Examples...25 cents is generous. Very small company yet, upper management may never learn your name. Ever. Why? Because you aren't important. And in the grand scheme of things, you do not matter. Budget cuts often leave you shorthanded and doing the jobs of other people.
