One-to-one mentoring, shadowing and coaching - everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy coming to the office.

Poor decisions on who is hired in the C and VP level trickles down to mismanagement, frequent changes in strategy and mixed messages. This leads to employee turnover and a company spinning it's wheels in an endless cycle.

Promising company with competitive product but lacks great leadership in most departments especially Sales and Marketing. Company culture is on par with most Silicon Valley startups but doesn't have as many perks as the others in the surrounding areas. Employees are great, and very friendly. Biggest challenge is to have management's support in enabling employees to be successful. A lot of expectation is placed on individual contributor to "figure it out". Difficult to get the support and mentorship needed to advance one's abilities/skills in role but also to advance in the career ladder. Career paths at this company are at best cloudy and you aren't paid for your worth.
