The teaching and support staff are great for the most part. Many teachers have their own classrooms now. There's a lot of available technology. The district is trying to create a variety of classes for different needs. The superintendent is there to run the school district (i.e. save money) but he is approachable. It's a large district and people are able to switch schools/ age groups.

Admins have seen a lot of change over the past few years which has resulted in confusion and lack of clarity. Evaluations are not consistent and different admins want to see different things. Discipline seems to be less enforced than in the past. It takes many years to start earning a good salary. It seems that things are inconsistent amongst the schools.
