You’ve got to love what you do

Great company poor management. Seniority over performance. Very diverse. Payroll is the worst. Great mechanics great drivers. Lots of favoritism. Not paid every week no pay over summer vacations. Has a great bus wash bay . Drivers over worked . Revolving doors no stability. No room to advance within company no additional education training available.

the people you work with are teachers, principles and other custodians. Great environment, fair work, just the pay is a little low. I worked there two summers and they never budged on a raise.

It was ok. Lots of favorites in hiring. VERY hard to get an interview or get hired. Definately a who you know sort of district. Coworkers were nice. School days for Elementary are LONG.

I enjoyed the job very much, but the prospect of going into full time position was very low when they reconstructed the districts for Washington Township. The best part of the job was working with the children it was very rewarding.
