High turn over of Management. Always willing to throw the employee under the bus for poor management. Even with perfect work attendance, meeting quotas, always willing to work overtime when asked at the last minute - you are expendable. During Pandemic did not cut any Manager positions but laided off 80%-90% of their work force. They are Management heavy and really need to start at the top with improving communication, work habits, making employees accountable, availability of Supervisors for overtime shifts, etc. Work ethic by a few bad employees were always overlooked, but outstanding employees were always in their radar to cut out. Always had to watch your back and worry if you had a job tomorrow.

Work is ok. Management is chaos. Good benefits . Management is not good with ordering supplies. Keeping work supplied to the shop. Management has a lot of turnover for the office employees

horrible enviroment

lots of hours 7 days a week, no family time and don't care about personal life. management is impossible to talk to and so is the supervisors. I wouldn't recommend.

Changing of shifts every 2 weeks is difficult, I'm tired most of the time. It's hard to adjust to the time changes, I fine that the 11pm to 7 am is the most dificult
