Productive Place to work, smooth environment

Overall, I was taught to work the laser machine as well as the c-frame, an some press brake. The culture has always been cool, an there willing to teach if you willing to learn. Its alot to learn an the hardest part is probably soaking evrything in an remembering when the time comes to work a machine by yourself.

the job didnt pay as much but we was somewhat like family. we worked and laughed.cool atmosphere and clean.they once had a weight gym but soon sold it to a employee for more room.that was the plus other then that i didnt find the benifits they offer helpful.other then that it was a nice place ...if they paid just a little bit more i would of retired with them.

Bad supervisor who will say what he want to and turn around and walk away. Everybody want you to fail so they can look good an feel more secure that they still have a job. Lots of backstabbing

It's a job.
|
Pay did not meet the median standard for the career. Many people were underpaid even with a shift differential. A substantially apathetic work culture with a defeatist attitude due to management having little to no ability to negotiate anything with the client without substantial pushback or outright rejection. Working conditions were frequently unsafe with a systematic inability to repair them. A large focus on "getting things up" over legitimate repair. Turnover is ramping up and doesn't appear as though it is slowing down. But if you keep your head down and don't cause any real problems then the job is doable. The benefits are pretty great and the medical is actually very affordable. If you want A job then this is A job. But the best employees have already moved on for better.
