The company concept is fantastic , on paper the potential is huge | Salary payement is non existent, employee contract only works for them and not for you. They do not follow basic human rights , they do not listen the CEO in particularly is an absolute idiot ( I honestly do not know how he has survided this long ). Every 6 month the company runs out of money and it is the staff that suffers. Management simply do not know what they are doing, they are scared to pick up the phone and ask for best rates , but are brilliant talkers. When it comes to action nobody takes responsibility but points the finger. EG : For logistics I discovered they where paying normal retail rates as oppose to business rates for millions worth of customer orders. When orders reach their warehouse they do not know what is for customer ( 10 pallets of orders).
