Great team to work with. Schedules at awesome. You are on a fixed scheduled. You work with Multiple clients. Overall Xact is a great Company, YOU do get PTO, and Insurance, and other benefits

Don't like the every other Sat & Sunday you have to work.I wish they would add 401K to their already excellent benefits. I wish it could be bi -weekly, you get paid on the 1st and 17th of each month

Working for XACT is like working for a family company.
Running and maintaining a small business is hard work and we have struggled to say the least ... with scars to prove it. But we keep going and we never lose; we win or we learn.

The hours were ok and the money but that was it!
|
If you are a person of color you need to stay away!!! You have treated much differently then the little company click that goes on there. If you are not interested and there just to do your job then don't make one small mistake because you will be treated like an outcast but when whites make mistakes you get a pass. Unfair practices and the ladies of training and mngtmt need to be ashamed of themselves for treating co-workers that way.
