Great company on paper. But in reality no support.

It’s very easy to get hired with this company. Their mission is great on paper. But once you start getting into the role of the working environment, there honestly isn’t that much support. Management nice people. But they would be very easy to throw you under the bus. At times they did make your job frustrating. You have one director that writes down everything in their journal that takes place. If you sneeze they put it in their journal. If it takes you more than four rings to answer the phone, they write it down. That’s how ridiculous they were. I started with one job in the company and it was great. But that was because I wasn’t stuck in one area. Once I got promoted, things started off good and there was support. But it slowly dwindled away and before I knew it, it was over. I feel that they put way too much work on managers. It started to get extremely challenging during the times of Covid when the census in the hospital was getting high. If you are a manager looking for a place to work I would not recommend it. I did not get the support, the training, and the energy that I deserved to be successful at this job. If you’re just a housekeeper, it’s not a bad place. You won’t make much money and the benefits are horrible. But for housekeepers, if you keep your mouth shut and do your work, you get out and they don’t bother you. They treat them pretty fair.

A awful place to work I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.....I hated it I was miserable!!! And there is nothing good about it...there is no good at all!!! They r rotten people....they treat people nasty and the workers are nasty .....I recommend people stay away from this place stay far far far away

There are some managers that are ok an alot of them suck.
|
I loved working for the hospital but not for janitors they do not listen to what you have to say an they act like they do not care at all of you have a problem with anything they will put it off till they feel like helping you .

The job is decent the hospital is loads of fun but the managers do absolutely nothing but sit all day. They don't help with problems, they talk to you like garbage, you can sit there and work hard for 14 hours and they will talk to you like you don't do anything. I been there a year we went through 4 directors. Management doesn't try. Never have working carts or supplies and the leads will cuss at you if you don't do what they want even if it's way out your job

You do not have any happiness at this job only stress, They Cannot even tell you that you are doing a good job.

Do not have good work ethics ,employee turnover is very high. As a result you are given more than the work load and are expected to complete it. For the money you will make is not worth the effort as you will get burnt out . You work every other weekend and will only get certain holidays off . Management does not have employees backs and is only concerned with quantity of work not quality.

This company could receive a higher star rating if there management team wasn't so unresponsive & irresponsible. While in training, every time I needed a manager & couldn't get them to respond back on the radio, I'd go searching for them & they were almost never in the office where they're supposed to be. Instead, I would usually find them in the cafeteria or breakroom just hanging out. They were understaffed & didn't have a problem piling all the workloads onto there employees, without offering any help whatsoever.

The people are great, the hospital is nice, but the management can kill any and all good mood you will have on a daily basis. You have no job security and your positive reinforcement is a joke. If you have a medical condition that may take you out of work on a regular basis, you will not receive any degree of sympathy. This is a very poor workplace and a terrible contracter.

I've worked with numerous contract companies and Xanitos is by far the best. It's a small company that allows you to grow as the company grows. Every year there are numerous opportunities that arise from new sale opportunities.
