None. Work from home may seem as a pro in the beginning but it really is not. Not a place for work. Even worst if you are beginning your career.

Extremely understaffed. All work gets loaded on 2-3 people (work that has to be done by at least 8-10 people). Pretence of a cool workplace and chilled environment, while it really is not. No proper list of job responsibilities or chances of skill development. Bossing around by people who are merely your equals.
