As far as I can see it is just a "job" and nobody in their right mind would be happy working here very long. | Creativity is stifled here by the control freaks who run the place and really don't know what they're doing at all. People who work here seem generally unhappy with their lives but they muster through each day pretending they actually like their job. This creates a false sense of camaraderie.
