Small office with bad infrastructure. No research and analytics required work. It is similar to Data Entry. Very less remuneration and employers make the employees work after office hours. In terms of remuneration and work pressure, the employers exploit the employees.

Xeler8 is a startup tracking other startups. The work never got boring as i kept interacting with so many different and new people everyday. I was also given some challenging yet exciting opportunities which i surely wouldn't have got any place else given my prior experience. The good part is that there is enough motivation from the management and i never heard a NO in my period at Xeler8. I personally really appreciate and thank Rishabh (Founder) for believing and showing faith in me. I worked full time in different practices and surprisingly also took part in hiring (the best part).

No or Very less interaction with Keshu (Founder) in the US. The team is segregated in Delhi and Austin both but i never really got an opportunity to interact with the US Team.
The pay is less and not really much fun activities.
