Working with Microsoft internal teams and learning from the Microsoft community was a big plus. Also, there was a lot of freedom to be creative since upper management lacks expertise or leadership.

Terrorized culture - Everyone at the company dislikes the owner. Communication is non existent. Shady business practices. I recommend working for a different Microsoft Partner in the area.
Overall, leadership at the company is not strong enough for the company to succeed.
