I met some great people. Benefits and PTO are pretty good.
|
Their pettiness knows no bounds. Upon witnessing the callous treatment of my friends and other invaluable colleagues—some laid off, others coerced into drastic pay cuts in order to keep a job—I made the decision to depart. I felt like they went out of their way to make it difficult for me, including limiting the use of my vacation time/my benefits. Throughout my tenure, they incessantly preached about the sanctity of the company's values, from the initial interview to my final days. Yet, the purported pillars of openness and transparency were reserved solely for lower level employees. Meanwhile, upper management reveled in their unchecked autonomy, their actions immune to scrutiny. The lack of competence among the leadership ranks is staggering, leaving one to wonder what their purpose is within the organization. Terrible company, run by incompetent people.

People are nice and fun to work with ( not upper management). Good-ish pay and PTO.

Upper management sucks. They try to cut corners in every possible way. The place is a mess and no communication whatsoever. No clear career path.

Still in startup after 7 years. Bad Management that they will not let go. The business is crumbling and they are bleeding money because of bad decisions. Shutting down department after department. They will not listen to employees with years of experience. This is unfortunately a nightmare that starts with Management. Very unfortunate considering what is at stake.
