Productive and laid back environment.

Fast paced environment with enjoyable employees.
No one took advantage of the unlimited PTO and it actually made the employees work better and more efficiently as it encouraged everyone to get their work done on their own time, but with respect to the company timeline and due dates.
Everyone cared for the success of the business and meetings were always sufficient and productive.
Unfortunately, it was not a stable job/career unless you were a manager or supervisor. Sales were not steady and investors were not reliable. With only 8 months of work, I was laid off due to the company not making profit.
I hold no grudges or regrets as it was the first job that I thoroughly enjoyed and I loved coming to work everyday because of it.
Some things just happen and you have to move on and make the best of it.
