The director of Finance lack social skills and had problems OCD and would make your life very difficult when you worked directly with her if she didn't like you. She was would not talk to employees when they came around and kept her door closed. You could not hand a paper it had to be scanned to her or email her directly. Abundance of emails where send to you that really didn't pertain to things that needed to addressed at the time causing you do more work than necessary.
