And learnt communication, time management, practice skills on the go. The workload is not very high compared to other private practices. But you could always ask for more jobs if you want to improve and practice with you have learnt recently. The supervisor only asks you to do something that he/she does not have any idea how it should be down. Because of the language barrier, communicate with the other Labmate is not easy, which may put you in an isolated situation. The hardest part of working here can be counted like this: many paperwork with unclear progress, and also the lack of staff who can guide you in English. Many supervisors do not care about their own responsibility for international students.
