I think it's a nice place to work for a little while. Nevertheless, I don't think many people can form a long career here. That is why I can recommend, and people must make up their own minds.
In general, people are pretty well looked after here. You can take equipment for home office, there are some smart people, the atmosphere is ok.
When in the office there are nice perks and benefits.

It's been going down recently. Not great communication last year (although I think they are getting better)
Poor management of salary! This is a big one.
Very unclear what my role is supposed to be, so I cover many areas.
Poor career growth.
