Team leaders are on you if you are 1 sec late from break considering that they get other people to relieve you to go on break late and it takes time to walk back and forth to the break area.
No formal training on the actual job, they just throw you on a team and it's up to you to ask everyday how you do your assigned task because they will switch which line you work every day/week.

Pay more attention to the employees who are always there and who actually wants to excel at their jobs, the employees who value their jobs at XLC Services and show day in and day out they deserve to be noticed. More importantly, pay more attention to the employees that have no drive, ambition or enthusiasm. For example, you go out and buy a dozen eggs from the grocery store. You take them home and realize 4 out of the 12 eggs are rotten. Personally for me I'm going to toss those 4 eggs before they even have the chance to ruin the whole dozen.
There are lots of great workers who break they're body's for this company every single week. Yes for a paycheck, but also because they value their job and want to move up the ladder of success within the company. While others, who just squeeze by and do the least amount of work end up taking full advantage of the system. In the long run it makes the entire team look bad to management.
