If you're an author the contracts are fraudulent, your royalties will never show up. You're on you own in advertising your books. Their editing is worse than you doing it on your own. It's a scam at worst or really bad advertising at best. Very stressful and brain energy drainer at first. I learned a lot of things about Books, Movies and Hollywood itself which helped me become a good seller. I learned how valuable time is and also extending patience. Patience and professionalism is what matters most here. Manage are very supportive, they let you feel you're part of their family. They also motive you to become more effective. My co-workers were all great except for one whose always negative. The hardest part of the job is getting a client to talk to so you can offer a product. Most of the numbers we call are disconnected and routed to voicemail.
