People are encouraged to help each other and create good friendships at work. The work/life balance is great and there are enough events, activities, outings, and perks to make life at xMatters very enjoyable. There are many people at the company who have been there for over ten years because they just can't leave. Too many free lunches. Excellent workplace culture. Transparent leadership. Troy is the real deal - a stand-up guy who looks after his people 2020 was a tough year for everyone, which made the transparency, job security and genuine top-down empathy worth all the more. Love xMatters, and will be here for as long as they'll have me! None as yet.
