Everything, expects us to do a lot of work but doesn't pay enough, tell us to do work outside of your required role, coworkers are incompetent and lazy, doesn't give promotion, says one thing then does another. Most important of all, doesn't give promotion here at all. Warning: Don't work here unless you only want the experience there is no future path here.

I worked when roe v wade was overturned and the CEO’s response was really great

The salary for NYC was laughable. Seriously looking back don’t know how I survived. Really long hours and stressful, it wasn’t worth the money and I was headhunted for a similar position for much more salary 6 months in and left

You learn so much so fast and since you wear many hats you can gain new skills quickly.

The workload is unbearable. Working more than 50+ hours a week with no recognition or benefit. If you do your job well, they just add more to your workload instead of increasing pay etc. They have a "family" vibe but do not actually treat you that way. Some of the directors there don’t actually care about your growth because they are too swamped with work themselves. They don’t hire enough people for the amount of work the accounts require which leads to extreme employee burnout and overall bad morale and dissatisfaction. Most of the people I worked with were very unhappy in their roles. The work/life balance is just not there especially since you wear so many hats compared to other agencies.
