As long as you enforce work life balance boundaries for yourself, the company is great at teaching you, lots of interesting clients to work on and the people are great. Benefits were solid as well, including unlimited pto and employer paid health insurance.

Painful!! It actually caused anxiety so much in me that I had to get on meds!! I have never had Anxiety issues.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Well if you like being spied on, this is your place. They can see everything you do on the computer and they know when you are on it and when you leave it. Its crazy. I take notes by hand and since I hadn't taken any on the computer they thought I was taking notes. I had 37 pages of notes. They time how long it takes you to do each task, so if you don't meet there standards within the first month they will start to grind on you hard. Absolutely a horrible place to work!
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They spy on you. They track how long it takes you to complete a task, how long you are away from your computer for lunch or the bathroom, and anything else they want to know. They have access to your entire computer. Make sure you take notes on your computer or they will think you are not taking them. Apparently you can write notes by hand.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
High Stress - High Strung. Managers watch your every key stroke! There is no learning curve. Know it or you are out fast!

... I worked from home in Ohio, most of the other employees work in NYC or Philadelphia

Agency life has its ups and downs and this place is no different. Not knowing how busy or what kind of projects come your way is a blessing and a curse. Great Management that care, but sometimes lack vision and direction.
I have the best supervisor with my best interest at heart. And the company does its best to fit everyone in and include people. Great place to work.

High stress high pressure. A lot is expected of you from the very beginning. Work hard play hard mentality for sure. The culture in some ways wasn't a good fit for my personality. Never really fit in. They have a great culture in terms of employee events and happy hours, coffee hour, flexible work locations, free snacks, coffee, soda, etc. Good benefits. If you don't get flustered easily and can handle constantly changing priorities and high expectations, this could be the place for you.
