big, forward thinking ideas, continual improvement, social leaning mindset, and a very supportive environment whether in person or virtually. I love XPLANE. And I love that our clients consistently rave about the work we do for them. XPLANE genuinely has heart, and a big collective heartbeat.

XPLANE has gone through a few challenging metamorphoses in the last 15 years. There have been growing pains, and shrinking pains. Great benefits.
Flexible work schedule/ability to work from anywhere.
Interesting and challenging work.
Tend to work with very senior people on the client side.
The brand has a good legacy.

XPLANE was a great place to work, but has fallen from grace in the past few months. There was a huge falling out between the CEO and the executive team and most of the exec team resigned. The way the CEO handled the situation was unfortunate and he lost the trust of most people in the org. 25% of the company has either been laid off or quit within a 2-month period and many others are looking to follow. Morale is at an all time low.
