Often resulting in award winning work. Management is completely out of touch with reality. They have little to no understanding on what's going on on the work floor and don't seem to care. Staff come and go through a revolving door. There's an old boy's fraternity mentality. The use "fraternity" and the management parents connections seem to be the only thing that pulls in projects. Some of the management seem to not care about their behavior at times, including female unfriendly talk, racist remarks, and even harassment at times. The best workers often get treated poorly and are often refused pay increases. We have seen some of the most senior developers get paid less then new hires with far less experience or contribution levels.
