Informal atmosphere allows for good communication possibilities, there are little barriers to talk to people both in other departments as higher up in the organization. XS4ALL tries to engage in positivity towards both its future as its customers. The company is struggling with how it should continue in the future. This insecurity does rain down upon employees. Some employees already do not have a lot of faith anymore. Besides, KPN (owner of the company), has its own strict guidelines which are often in direct contrast with how XS4ALL wants to do things.
