XS4ALL tries to engage in positivity towards both its future as its customers. | The company is struggling with how it should continue in the future. This insecurity does rain down upon employees. Some employees already do not have a lot of faith anymore. Besides, KPN (owner of the company), has its own strict guidelines which are often in direct contrast with how XS4ALL wants to do things.
