An incredible place to work

I joined xSellco in 2020 during Covid and under lockdown, although the onboarding process was remote it was honestly the best onboarding experience I have ever had in a company.
Since then I meet new colleagues every week over a virtual coffee. Every single colleague I have met has been so welcoming and helpful from the top down.
The support from the teams has been nothing short of incredible. Moving roles during the pandemic can be a daunting experience. Any worries or concerns were quickly put to bed by the support and understanding shown to me during my first couple of months.

Since i joined Xsellco in 2019 they have been great to work for - especially during the crazy times of Covid. The company go out of their way to keep staff informed on what's going on and future plans, and have enabled flexibility to allow us all to work from home - yet still feel part of a team. They are growing and have massive ambitions - which everyone wants to be part of. If you work hard they look after you.

Transparent management style, no micromanagement, everyone is made to feel that their contribution is valuable, positive atmosphere, no whining or complaining, praise when it's due, weekly update from top level managers who are all very warm, encouraging and positive. I have been working with xSellco for 3 months and I couldn't be any happier.
Culture
There are people from everywhere in the world so inclusion is not a problem. We have weekly donuts where you can meet someone every week and talk for 30 minutes to know your team members better.
There are no walls between people and if you feel you need to talk to someone they will be more than willing to hear you.
We have many events throughout the month and HR makes sure everyone can participate.

I started during COVID-19, so I have only interacted with the teams and company remotely. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience is that I haven't had the opportunity to meet the people I work with face to face, so at times I can feel a bit disconnected. This is in no way XSellCo/eDesk's fault, as they make regular efforts to remotely connect the team through virtual events

- The company is rapidly growing so there is lots of room for career development and to really make an impact during such an exciting time.
- A great sense of company involvement from the very beginning. Even though many of us have started remotely in the last year, there are lots of incentives to get to know each other and regular company events.

One of the most important was to see constant growth with the potential to become one of the largest in the world, in addition the workflow works very well, you are respected at all times, I know this should be mandatory, but unfortunately, it did not happen in everywhere I worked.
Even if I ever leave xsellco, I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

I believe that they should give more promotions to employees, instead of always focusing on hiring new ones, this is good to show that the company sees value in you as an employee.
