Management only cared for what the shareholders wanted. Any and all opinions put forward by employees was quickly forgotten and dismissed. Work environment was chaotic and often times goals were not presented in a clearly defined way. Allocation of staff was imbalanced and created a bad environment for the teams that required hands on work. Ration of managers to employees was very harshly favoring managers. The team in charge of handling integration was small, and quickly sacked over the less useful team of 16 project managers. Work space was small and didn't offer customization or individualism. Windows were spare and the blinding LEDS left you with a headache at the end of the day. Started off in a great building, ended in a tiny cubicle.

I am currently working assigned technical support tickets, mainly building custom dealer recommended menus and helping customers with their pricing. This is a very labor intensive and manual process, that requires a lot of back and forth gathering requirements. I use a lot of imagination to determine just how to bend the program to meet those requirements.
Additionally, I am available in group chat, assisting junior Tier 2 technical support agents with their support questions.
