No training was ever done so I had to learn on the job and study at home. Ok no problem. After training other employees who came on after who didnt know anything and was told same as me I was laid off. I was told after demanding a meeting with govt manager that I didnt have any experience. I explained what contract company told me about training but too bad. After being laid off I was told by company NOT to apply for unemployment benefits because they would deny me. I told hiring manager my hesitation since my wife just gave birth and I didnt have experience. They told me I would be fine. They did not train me, and then reprimanded me for any mistake I made despite my previously announced lack of familiarity. Then, they laid off a number of employees for random reasons, all so they could underbid the new contract. Avoid at all costs.
