Keep working on culture. There wasn't much of a culture there other than employees being dedicated to education. One of your values is innovation. That needs to be felt at all levels. I only felt it with one executive who wasn't involved with our team much.

Shame on this!

The first point: I hope that the company's HR, or management in the recruitment of people, a little more honest, do not want this to cheat job seekers into. This is irresponsible to both sides.
The second point: very unstable. This kind of company from China, they want to expand business in other countries, but simply do not take into account the actual local situation, the company's operating conditions are worrying, the collapse of the abounding.
The third point: the company squeezes the employees; the company doesn't even consider the life of the employees, they only care if it brings benefits to the work. The workload of two people to one person to do, and then pay 1.5 times the salary. The key is that weekends and holidays are almost impossible to take off, and there is no rest throughout the year.
