Plenty of work to do. Engage daily with fellow team members. Had a great many opportunities to tackle complex problems. Not a day passes that I miss the challenges of working for such an awesome company.

The lack of cross training in other areas. I think it was just the business model the company had where if you did not know the process then you were left behind.

This is a great place to grow professionally. It's a great team of really smart people, a great product, and a bright future. The company offers awesome perks, like a totally flexible schedule, great time-off policy, and you work for a management team that really cares about you.

Sometimes, there is difficulty in communication that causes confusion. Also, it isn't so obvious what the strategic vision is for the company and how you can contribute. But management has been much better about this and I feel confident they will continue to be better.

Occasional long hours to accommodate staff in multiple time zones but everyone does it, communications to/about other functions could be improved, job responsibilities extend outside of a singular skill set and function (pro and con).
