It's a great team of really smart people, a great product, and a bright future. The company offers awesome perks, like a totally flexible schedule, great time-off policy, and you work for a management team that really cares about you. Sometimes, there is difficulty in communication that causes confusion. Also, it isn't so obvious what the strategic vision is for the company and how you can contribute. It is free of politics, highly collaborative and largely virtual. Teams are always focused on following best practices from IT/Software Development/QA, Customer Support to Sales and Marketing. You are constantly learning. The MO is to bring out the excellence in everyone. Flexible time is respected here, and helps people manage a work/life balance. Because the work is interesting and you feel very invested in it, it is easy to work a lot. Global employees require some time zone considerations. You can learn from each person at Xyleme - extremely smart workforce including a highly experienced and educated executive team. Flexible schedule allows for working around our family needs. CEO is smart, well spoken and makes sure to personally reach out to employees on regular basis. Company is growing quickly.
