There are too many unqualified people in their positions because they are a family friend or they are owner's family. They pass out the director title to random people. They have a nasty HR department that does not treat employees with respect. The company's response to Covid-19 is a joke.

Favoritism.
Marketing department is a complete joke, a bunch of amateurs watching youtube.
Be careful of the HR lady. She will be unethical, lie to you, and put you in a bad situation. Run the other way and don't ever look back. This has to be the worst company in Orlando to work for.
