Terrible place to work for, no work stricture whatsoever! It's who you know and say that gets you promoted. No incentives for good work done. Very quick to only notice the mistakes in people! They don't pay their employees on ALL standard holidays! Goes to show the greed here. Only one the pay for is one day for Christmas! And yes they do shut down on standard holidays forcing everyone to use a vacation day! Management is the worst to be seen in comparison to other companies. Everyone wants a piece of the pie so their individual way is the right way! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I worked with this company for over 6 years. I've never had a write up or verbal warning. I was promoted to different departments, and helped out when I can. I was always on time, and called out a total of 5 times during my time with this company. I worked with an amazing team, and had no drama in our department. It's disappointing getting let go out of know where.

At first i thought it was going to be a great expierence that is until i started working there.
|
Manager in the two departments that i worked in was a tyrant, he had all the workers scared to make a mistake because he would write them up, my co workers were too scared to defend themselves because they didn't know any english. He also clearly displayed favoritism to one worker all the time, when we make a mistake we get written up but if she makes one well, just a slap on the wrist and it was not fair.

Great co workers to deal with, kind and always shared everything with each other.

Would recommend but only to certain people...

Good pay and benefits, but restrictive office culture. Departments struggle with inter-departmental communication. In fact, managers also struggle to relay important company information as well. This makes the work rather frustrating sometimes. On the other hand, they have a robust employee health progam and a free gym that's always open. Lunch is paid, but only 30min. It's difficult to get food and eat in that amount of time, but food trucks stop by 2-3 times/wk. In short, for every con there's a plus. Some people will love it and get ahead quickly. Others may struggle with the professional/rule-heavy atmosphere (do not ask your own girlfiend for coffee in the breakroom in front of others because it will be seen as faternizing, stuff like that).

Good place to work very good But Poor management couple of the managers are incompetent don’t have the knowledge from the position or the experience with one position similar one manager in specific He is a harassing person, I don't know why they still have him working in the company. does not help the employee at all and is a liar.....
