For all you international students out there, I know you might be applying to this job to get the OPT but listen to me, please do NOT apply to this company. The manager does NOT know how to manage and he WILL blame you for his fault. The company is a sinking boat, literally everyone who works there hate their job. The manager only knows how to copy from other company and lacks his own idea. I have never seen someone who's supposed to be the leader of the team be so petty. (lol he's a comp sci major but he doesn't even know how to code) The pay is so little too comparing to what you do. They will abuse your labor to the maximum because they know you are international and they will not show you any respect at all. Trust me, know your self worth, do not settle for anything less than you deserve. You can do so much better.

no growth or whatsoever. for international students out there, don't be fooled by this company. The manager doesn't give clear instructions and the company doesn't even appreciate your handwork AT ALL. He blames interns for his own fault. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE ! There are way better jobs out there.

Could be better, a good place to learn

The job here is pretty stable with a lot of new things about management to learn. However, there is a lack of direction within the company and a lack of advancement within the job itself. It gets old pretty quick. Coworkers are the best part of the job.

Exciting and fun work but terrible leadership
|
I like what I do but I dislike how the company is run. I have learned a lot through trial and error which has helped me learn a lot very quickly. However, there is lack of direction from my boss as whatever I ask his opinion on he gives me a short reply of "I like this" "I don't like that" and I feel that this may cause problems for the future of the company. The hardest part of my job is working with my boss as he demands high results despite my non-existant knowledge what what is required for each task. Several coworkers are considering quitting due to management and it has given me the strong impression that there is very little job security. On the contrary, my coworkers are the most enjoyable part of my job as they help me to stay motivated to work hard and do my best no matter what task is handed to me for the job.
