If you have actual advertising experience DO NOT work for Bravo; you’ll be frustrated after the island view gets old.
There’s no creative work, it’s basically about translations and Accounts run the business.
They had a couple of good years (winning businesses, awards and recognition) when an actual Creative was leading.
People care too much about looking busy rather than doing actual work.
“Leadership” is nonexistent.
