On the other side of the coin, at the moment, if you want an easy job and just want to walk away with a pay check, there are so many employees who struggle to do an hours solid work throughout the whole week. | The pay is not what it should be. They underpay with regards to personal skills. Promotion is pretty much non-existent, unless you are willing to take on new jobs and responsibilities without being compensated at all for it, either by title or by pay. Many of the staff are so full of themselves and against any change or development as they know it can be a ridiculously easy job. Personally, unless you actually want to experiment and try new things, or just want an easy ride, I wouldn't even bother with this company.
