Probably the best job I've had. The culture at Yangaroo is the best thing about it, the people on my team were tremendously helpful and accepting towards me as soon as I stepped through the front door and they all helped me learn and grow in their own way.
Management has a very relaxed style and most manager don't feel like managers, just another teammate. There's plenty to learn at this company and it fits nicely into the Music, TV, Radio and entertainment industries. Aside from having a great office in Liberty Village, Toronto, fantastic co-workers, great work-life balance and plenty of room for growth, they also provide snacks to the people in the office on a regular basis.
Not to mention the casual outings, relaxed Fridays (pending a busy workload of course) and the local artists that are invited into the office to perform for us.
I would say that the interview process was complex, but now that I work here I can see why - they only take the best of the best!

Pay could be a bit higher, some tasks can be tedious/repetitive...but that is it!
