Office level management is excellent. HR is doing the best they can. Executive leadership (with one MAJOR exception) is easy to work with and, in my experience, direct and to the point when required.
|
Employees from the Old Guard, prior to corporate take over, drink from the Kool Aid fountain like they haven't had a sip in years. This is not the company it once was, and likely never will be again.

Sales is more valued than the drivers delivering the product
Terrible health benefits
Cameras are on you every single minute of the day, in truck, in building, outside of building
Have to explain every second of your overtime worked for it to be approved
There is so much safety that employees get hurt
It’s like pulling teeth to get your days off approved
Bonus is great but they take more and more of it away a year. They hate sharing the profits with the actual workers

Nothing is confidential, all employee gossip spreads thru the entire company, reaching all locations, in under 1 week. If you have a disability, they say they will accommodate you, when they in fact do not.
