Super attractive job listing! Very upbeat HR team, hit all the right perks: remote, unlimited PTO, annual bonus, 1/2 day summer Fridays, great culture, highly collaborative team. Quick and easy interviewing process.
|
Very young company that seems dependent on fairly young, under-experienced management with inability to deliver on all promises. Lots of mgmt turnover causing chaos for teams and frustration for clients, tech team and client support. There are some horror stories regarding culture, training and toxic teammates but that may be difficult to substantiate so I'll leave it at this: job seeker beware!

Back up promises with solid policies and not bribes of gift cards to cover for bad actions of colleagues and management. Glibness does not equate to competency. In other words, actions, not words.
