Yello was a positive place at first to work but was often met with shortcomings in their product and over promising on deliveries they couldn't meet. At the time I worked there it just felt very jumbled about what any priority really was. Good atmosphere otherwise and great people.

Yello had a great workplace culture and a pretty good product. The job was not difficult and could occasionally get tedious. While there was some room for advancement, the pathways weren't always clear and managers aren't always great at advocating for you on that career path.
Management is a mess. They are uncommunicative and the direction they set for the company sometimes feels sleazy to me. They are a sales-driven company, bottom-line. But they like to pretend it's all about the clients. It's not. Nor is it about creating the best product possible. It's about chasing those dollars. Are you a small or medium sized client? Congrats! Your timeline just got extended because we signed a bigger fish. How about we sell you this product that doesn't exist and hope you won't notice? Stuff like that.
If you can get past the philosophy of the management (whom you will likely rarely interact with despite the small size of the company), you'll probably have a good experience at this company, but don't plan to spend more than a year or two if you want real career growth.

I enjoyed working at Yello-Dot, Good relationship with my colleagues and management, the salary was good even though i worked part time (3-5) days per week depending on the clients. I didn't experience any hardships working here but rather a lot of doors opened. I also leant that i have to give back to the community because we did a lot of orphanage/Hiv campaigns.
