Yerdle's mission is what brought me on board, but the community of fully engaged, collaborative team members is what keeps me here. My work is challenging and rewarding, and the level of trust and collaboration amongst all teams is refreshing and inspiring. It's a startup culture, to be sure, but everyone is pulling for more than just a successful business. We're all in it to make a better planet as well. I feel very lucky to have found a place that ticks all the boxes on my must-haves to be happy at work: meaningful work, fun coworkers, interesting and challenging work that forwards my career

Startup culture is not for everyone. This one is very kind and takes your whole person into account, but there are some who are working ridiculous hours at times because we haven't yet filled out enough team members to share the load.
