I believe this is a wonderful place to work. As long as you are doing your work, management doesn't bother you. The company offers great benefits and gives a lot back to the employees. This company is truly what you make of it but if you are not prepared to work hard and go above and beyond, it may not be for you.
|
Because the work is so seasonal, they are not always able to keep every temporary employee brought on during the busy season, however, this is communicated with every new employee so they are not caught off guard when we release them after the volume has died down. They are open and honest about the possibility of permanent positions within the company.

Some of the nicest and most understanding people work at yes video, i got alot of exposure and experience working there which was cut short in less then a week my supervisor was a really kind open minded individual. they have people to come and actually show you the ropes thats' good as well.
