Many teams that have a great culture.
The resources are top notch, we get to work with the best.

Some parts of the organization is really hierarchical.
The salaries are not terrible, but could be higher.
The organization is too big. A lot of people who should give room for new talents, but can't be kicked out.

Steady hours. Good enough benefits (healthcare, lunch etc). Casual work culture.

Very disorganised. Poor management. Company politics and personal relations have a large effect on decision making. Unclear goals. Large disparity in the skill level of the employees, some are ambitious professionals, some can hardly use e-mail.

The management is willing to work with the employees to make things work out. Communication is excellent. The boss is a pleasant person to work with.

There is no room for growth. I was stuck at the same job, not because the boss didn't appreciate what I was able to do, but because there was nowhere to grow to.
