- Flexible with my schedule, always worked with me to craft the most fitting schedule.
- The team was very personable, and even a few I went to school with at the time so a very young demographic.
- You get to run your own drills, and even get to play some sports with the kids.

- Groups of kids sometimes wouldn't want to participate. which made some days more challenging than others.
- During the winter there are no outside activities, so very limited to basketball, floor hockey, and rock climbing.
