Fun workplace but sometimes time restraints are issues
|
Job is nice and the people who come in to workout are always super sweet. One issue is just scheduling with the courts or pool. Most are used up for teams and a lot of people do complain about it-- no issue for me I just have no say in what happens or why it happens. Can take a toll on you sometimes but the people make it worth it :)

Love it but sometimes not professional at times. Sumner is also really fun and cool. Pay isn’t good at all no pay increase as well sadly. They are very selective of people

Busy and hectic at times but great seasonal work. Teamwork environment but can be short staffed. You have to be flexible my schedule would change and my break times would fluctuate as well.

Understaffed with set hours

Always understaffed. Would be 2 workers watching 40+ kids. Interview was easy and the process to get hired was fast. Felt like they hired anyone and people were always leaving.
