If you're looking for something with hours and plenty of overtime opportunities, this is the place for you! The team is great, the owners are super helpful, and there is good job security here. They definitely do not take personal life or those with families into consideration. They want you at the store and readily available to be at the store 24/7. The rules and policies they come up with make it hard to communicate with your team and are non-negotiable. The store managers trust them, and you should too. Let those that have families spend time with their families. Get district managers who aren't overwhelmed and don't respond to emails. If you need another district manager to lessen the load from the two already stretched thin managers, then hire it. Owner of store is always complaining about how the staff need to do more and clean more, etc. but only pay $7.25 an hour.
